Shipping Locations
We currently ship within South Africa only.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available).
Estimated Delivery Times
After your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping: 8–11 business days
- Protected Shipping: 5–8 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier operations, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

We offer the following shipping options within South Africa:
Standard Shipping
- R99.99 for orders under R799.00
- FREE on orders of R799.00 or more
- Estimated delivery: 8–11 business days
Protected Shipping
- R135.00
- Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days
- Includes additional care and protection during transit for added peace of mind.
Delayed Deliveries
While we work closely with our courier partners to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding should this happen.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate before completing your order.
Faire Beauty is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or you believe your parcel has been lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at fairebeautyinfo@gmail.com.
We'll investigate the issue with our courier partner and work to provide an appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.
